Brief:
The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) wanted to improve their obsolete appraisal systems by creating a more engaging platform, offering more flexibility and bespoke employees’ training. The new system will allow better communication between managers & employees.
This campaign being the very first example of the CAA’s cultural shift, the tone of voice had to be disruptive, fun and approachable.
Delivery: internal communication campaign.

By posing in retro gym outfits doing exaggerated postures, the idea was to capture senior-level employees engagement in the new company culture.
